Tips
Use RB-IS continuously : it's important to regularly replace the soil of your potted plants (once a year) in order to avoid its
impoverishment of micro-organisms in the soil. Without micro-organisms, the gel cannot work.
User-friendly : when you repot your plant, you can use a plastic tube (Ø 7cm minimum) as gel recipient. This will
facilitate RB-IS handling.
1 - Repot the plant positioning the tube vertically (do not bend it more than 15°), so that, when installed, the bottom of the
tube will be right at the root ball (between 12 and 20 cm in depth). When using multiple tubes place them at an equal
distance around the root ball.
2 - Water the plant through the tube before applying the gel. Remove the plastic casing and drop the gel into the tube. The final
step is to water once again the entire area.
3 - You can put a cap on the top of the tube to avoid debris from filling the tube and to decrease the risks of vandalism.
4 - After the initial installation of tube and gel, wait until the gel is diffused and put in a new gel pack after the total disap-
pearance of the previous one.
Integrate RB-IS to your vegetation :
- Use a plastic tube as described above ;
- Or dig a little hole before placing the gel pack and cover it with a decorative element or simply with soil.
