BEFORE FIRST USE
Safety rules
• Make sure you remain at least 2 m from the perimeter of the work area around the BeBot.
• If you need to enter the work area, wear safety shoes and gloves.
• Do not lie under the sifter when it is raised.
• Do not open the rear door of the sifter when it is lowered.
Charging the battery
Open the unit's side panels to access the BeBot. Do not remove it from the unit.
Charge the BeBot overnight. The battery must be fully charged before first use.
Start-up and unloading
1. Make sure that the battery is connected to the system.
2. Open the BeBot cover and turn the safety key (in the
bottom-left corner of the electronic panel) clockwise, then
replace the cover.
3. Make sure that the red emergency stop button has not
been pressed. Then turn the On/Off button located on top
of the BeBot to the On position.
4. Always switch off the remote control when entering the
2 m working area around the BeBot.
Switching on the remote control
Insert the ignition key into the remote station or check that it has already been inserted.
Hold the Start button until the green LED blinks once or twice before pausing. This means the remote control is switched on.
If the red LED lights up, make sure that the controls are in start-up mode:
The speed must not be set to 0%.
The GSS emergency stop button must be released.
The sifter must be set to Off.
The container must be set to Closed.
The buzzer must be set to Off.
The remote control battery must be charged.
