function (pull sharply to test), retraction
function, legibility of labels, evidence of
defects, damage, or missing parts, and
condition of connectors, housing,
fasteners, and lifeline (inspect full
length). Inspection by Competent
Person required at least every 12
months. Immediately remove from
service if evidence of shock pack
deployment is found.
