The product is intended for the transport of
children over 18 months of age who are able to
hold a bicycle helmet on their heads.
x)
Do not leave children alone near the bike trailer,
always be alert and cautious when using the
product.
y)
Particular attention should be paid to the child's
behavior during transport. They should not be
allowed to jump, rock or do other things during
the ride that may cause the trailer to move
uncontrollably. This is dangerous and may lead to
an accident and, consequently, loss of health or
life.
z)
Before using the product, make sure that it is
correctly assembled and that there are no gaps
between the individual components.
aa)
Before using the product, make sure that the tyre
pressure is correct. Under-inflated tyres should
be pumped up with a hand or foot pump. Using
an electric air compressor may cause the tyre to
burst.
bb)
Before using the product, make sure that the
towing bicycle is fully functional and its brakes are
in good working order .
cc)
When towing the bike trailer, be sure to provide
sufficient additional space when manoeuvring
and avoiding obstacles, taking into account the
width and length of the product.
dd)
Do not use the product from dusk to dawn.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the
device and its protective features, and despite
the use of additional elements protecting the
operator, there is still a slight risk of accident or
injury when using the device. Stay alert and use
common sense when using the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The bicycle trailer is designed for transporting children.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
NOTE: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of
20 kg (one child) or 40 kg (two children).
NOTE: Do not ride at a speed higher than 16km / h when
transporting children in the bike trailer.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
TROLLEY FRAME ASSEMBLY
1.
Unpack the contents from the packaging and
compare the contents with the list of items.
2.
Make sure the components are not damaged.
3.
Unfold the trolley frame on an even and dry
surface and remove all the assembly parts from
the inside.
4.
Hold the side panels of the trolley upright.
5.
Undo the screws from the crossbar, then position
the seatback over the crossbar.
6.
Align the plastic conical washer at the end of the
crossbar with the holes on the upper frame of the
trolley.
7.
Fasten the crossbar to the trolley frame using the
screws.
RELEASING THE TOW BAR HITCH
1.
Remove the cotter pin from the coupling bolt and
remove the bolt.
2.
Replace the coupling bolt in the front holes, then
align it so that the cotter pin is above the coupling
bolt.
WHEEL ASSEMBLY AND WHEEL GUARDS
1.
Turn the trolley right side up.
2.
Insert the axle into the holes in the trolley frame.
3.
Slide the separator on, then install the wheel and
secure with the nut.
4.
Repeat the operation on the left side of the trolley.

5.
Tighten the nuts on both sides to remove
unnecessary play on the axle.
6.
Fit the wheel guard in the openings on the trolley
frame. When properly installed, the spring pin will
lock the guard in place.
TRANSPARENT SCREEN ASSEMBLY
1.
Position the cover over the trolley frame so that
the clearance is in the front of the trolley.
2.
Use the Velcro straps to attach the screen to the
trolley frame.
3.
Attach the Velcro strap on the front part of the
screen to the matching Velcro on the frame front.
4.
Connect the side buckles of the screen to the
buckles at the back of the trolley frame.
MOUNTING THE SAFETY PENNANT
1.
The safety pennant should be mounted on the left
side of the main body of the trolley.
2.
Before folding the trolley, be sure to remove the
safety pennant.
The safety pennant is removed in the reverse order of
operations.

3.3. DEVICE USE

NOTE: Do not use the trolley without first installing the
transparent screen. It protects the child against small
objects getting out from under the bicycle wheels
as well as against other harmful and / or dangerous
external and / or atmospheric factors.
NOTE: before each use, make sure there is no play in the
trolley structure, all elements are well fitted together
and undamaged and the tyre pressure is correct.
