– Cartridge gun
– Instruction manual
1.2 Conventional use
The compressed air-operated Cartridge gun
is suitable for sealing joints; for example in
glass, ceramics, wood, metal,
masonry and plumbing with
commercially available:
• plastic cartridges,
• Aluminium cartridges and
• silicone puppets
with volume of 310 ml.
Any other type of use is considered contrary
to the intended use.

1.6 Commissioning
Caution: Depressurise the unit!
Use with cartridges:
1. Unscrew
(Figure 2).
2. Cut off the cartridge at the threaded
stem.
3. Screw on the threaded tip.
4. Operate without attachment (item 09).
5. Guide the cartridge into the housing
(item 04) (Figure 2).
6. Screw the union nut (item 05) tightly
(Figure 2).
Use with silicon puppets:
1. Unscrew the housing (item 04) from the
union nut (item 06) (Figure 3).
2. Remove the telescope piston (item 08)
and install the attachment (item 09) on
the front piston (Figure 5).
3. Assemble in reverse order.
4. Unscrew
(Figure 2).
5. Insert the silicon puppet into the hous-
ing.
6. Cut the silicone puppet open at the front.
7. Inset the nozzle into the union nut
(item 05).
8. Screw the union nut (item 05) tightly
(Figure 6).
