IT IS PREFERABLE TO USE DISTILLED OR DEMINERALIZED WATER FOR YOUR APPLIANCE
TO REDUCE ENLARGING
- Please unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Do not use additives or corrosive liquids (eg alcohol, gas or acetone).
- Use a damp soft cloth to remove limescale from the diffusion head.
- We advise you to clean your steamer every 15 days.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:
PROBLEME

CAUSE
- Damaged electric wire
- Defective light indicator
-A fuse is broken
-The diet is insufficient
- There is condensation
in the pipe
- The handle is in position horizontal or
the head of broadcast is damaged
- The container is damaged
- The hose is loose
- The fixing ring is damaged
-There is no power
-The switch is in the OFF position
-The power cord is connected
-A component does not work anymore
-There is no water in the tank
-There is limestone in the tank

SOLUTION
- Contact: SAV@ROBBY.FR
- Connect the device to another socket
- Straighten the hose to the up to allow
water to go back down in the device
- Straighten your head towards the top
- Swap the head damaged
- Contact: SAV@ROBBY.FR
- Change the ring
- Tighten the assembly point
-Connect the device
-Turn the switch to ON
-Make sure the power cord is connected
-Replace component
-Contact the customer service
-Turn off the appliance and put water in
the tank
-Clean the appliance
