Troubleshooting
Potential Cause/Solution
Ensure the mains adaptor plug is

Make sure that the unit is switched on.

Make sure that the unit is not muted.

Press
VOLUME+/- buttons to resume normal
listening.
Press the Standby button to switch

the unit to Standby Mode. Press the
button again to switch the unit on.
Unplug the unit from the mains

socket, and then plug them again.
Switch on the unit.
The unit may freeze up during use.

Switch the
unit off and then on again at the mains
socket to reset the unit.
