MAINTENANCE

NOZZLE MAINTENANCE

Irregular mist patterns or leakage may be the result of a
clogged or dirty nozzle.
To clean nozzles:
 Turn the hose faucet completely off and disconnect the
misting tube from the garden hose.
 Remove the brass nozzles from the misting tube.
 Soak nozzles in Arctic Cove nozzle cleaner (not included)
or warm soapy water to loosen foreign materials clogging
or restricting the nozzle.
 Using a garden hose, flush debris out of nozzle by back
flushing (running the water through the nozzle backwards
or from the outside to the inside).
 Reconnect the nozzle to the misting tube.
 Reinstall the misting tube to the garden hose.
WARNING:
Ensure all components of misting system are properly
assembled after maintenance has been performed and
that the system does not leak water. Improper hose
connections and/or leaks can result in a slippery surface
and create a slip and fall hazard.
