2. When you first use the Bluetooth kit, your mobile phone must be switched on. Activate
your mobile telephone's Bluetooth function and then search for the new device. When the
mobile phone detects the device called CAR KIT, select it and pair with it, using the initial
password 0000.
3. When you are playing music, the device switches automatically into telephone mode if
there is an incoming call.
NB: the Bluetooth icon on the device's screen stops flashing when it has paired with your
mobile phone.
Bluetooth call
1. Press the green "Answer" button on the front of the transmitter, to answer an incoming call.
2. Press the red "End call" button on the upper part of the transmitter, to hang up.
3. When you wish to make a call, enter the number on your mobile phone and, when the call
is connected, you can use the hands free function.
Using the USB charger function
When the device is powered from the cigar lighter socket, use a special USB cable (not sup-
plied) to connect your mobile phone to the device's USB port. The device will then operate as
a charger for your mobile phone.
Setting up the menu
When the device is playing files from a USB key or a Micro SD card, follow the instructions
below to change the menu settings:
1. Press the button to pause playback.
2. Hold "CH" pressed down to go down through the list of menu settings to access: Card
folder, Del. file, Del. all, Languages, Contrast, Micro-software version no., Quit
3. You can start set-up.
