3 Applications

The active 3-way column speaker system
VERT-12 can be used for a wide range of
PA applications . The individual components
(basic unit, spacer, speaker column) can be
connected so that VERT-12 is ideally suited
for mobile applications . Two class D amplifiers
for the low-frequency range and the mid-high
frequency range are available .
Apart from two microphones, other
audio sources (e . g . CD / MP3 player, mixer,
musical instrument) can be connected to the
four input channels . In addition, it is possi-
ble to receive audio signals via Bluetooth . By
means of the feed-through outputs, the sig-
nals of the first two channels and the mixed
signal of all channels can be routed to another
amplifier system, for example .
For sound adjustment and frequency
splitting, the audio signals pass a digital sig-
nal processor (DSP) which also includes an
adjustable signal delay and a signal limiter to
protect the speakers .
