Installation
– Place the Biosealer
– Connect the power cord into the device socket from the
power supply and to the according mains supply
– Connect the power supply with the Biosealer
– Switch Biosealer
Initialization
– Remove everything from the sealing area
– Close cover to start the initialization process
Sealing
– Choose the right tubing type and diameter
– Insert the correct tubing
– Close cover
– Make sure that there is no pressure and tension on the tubing
– Press start button to start the run
– Follow carefully the instructions on the display to avoid any
issues due to overpressure
After the sealing is complete:
– Remove tubing
– Check sealing visually according to operating manual before
proceeding
