Applications: "GLACIER-II" and "GLACIER-III" Plow Frame
Before you begin, read these instructions and check to be sure all parts and tools are accounted for. Please retain these
installation instructions for future reference and parts ordering information.
Tools Required: 13 mm and 19 mm Open-end Wrench and Socket, Hammer, Pliers
IMPORTANT: Your Polaris accessory is exclusively designed for your vehicle. Please read the installation
instructions thoroughly before beginning. Installation of any item is easier if the vehicle is clean and free of debris.
Approximate Installation Time: 45 minutes

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. If a steel blade is already mounted on plow frame,
remove it. Keep the parts for later use.
2. Unscrew the nuts (#A) retaining the eyebolts (#B) to
pivot (#C). Remove the blade springs (#D).
3. Reinstall the nut (#A) removed in step 2 on the
threaded part of the eyebolt (#B). Insert a
washer (#8) on the eyebolt (#B). Install the eyebolt
into the mounting hole in the pivot (#C).

4. Insert an other
(#6) on the eyebolt (#B). Repeat for the other side.
5. Install a
M12-1.75
onto the threaded part of the skid shoe (#2). Install
the skid shoe into the mounting hole in the blade.
Fasten with the other
nylock nut (#4). IMPORTANT: Torque to
M12-1.75
40 ft-lbs. Repeat for the other side.
ADJUSTMENTS: The base of the skid shoes (#2)
must be equal to or slightly lower than the blade (#1)
to prevent the plow blade from scratching or hanging
up on minor surface variations.
