In order to take advantage of the manufacturer's guarantee
your purchased item(s) within one month following the date of purchase:

For Customer Service requests, the manufacturer's technical service department must be contacted in
order to obtain an Authorisation to Return Materials number. No return will be accepted without the
previously obtained ARM number. Danew reserves the right to determine whether or not the
malfunction of the item is due to poor or improper use or handling by the user.
Our Technical Support team will answer your questions at the following times:
- Monday to Thursday - 9:00 am to 1:00 pm & 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Friday - 9:00 am to 1:00 pm & 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
