Return and refund
You have ten (10) days following the reception of your order to request a refund .
for a refund to be issued, the items must be returned in their original condition,
i . e . unused, packed in their original undamaged packaging and with all accessories,
parts and manuals supplied by the manufacturer .
Beyond (10) days following the reception of your order, only defective products may
be returned for an exchange .
TO RETURN PRODUCTS AND RECEIVE A REFUND:

through friday, 9:00 a . m . to 5:00 p . m . (EDT), or anytime by email at
info@fondussimo . c om .
2. Once we have verified your request and received the items, we will refund the
price paid for the returned items .
3. Please note that for a return and refund to be accepted, the items must be unused
and in their original packaging .
