Your ceramic bowl requires minimal maintenance . If you experience a malfunction,

• Always let the product cool down before cleaning .
• soak the ceramic bowl and clean it by hand or in the dishwasher using regular
dishwashing soap .
• If the ceramic bowl is hot, do not put it in contact with cold water, as the thermal
shock may cause it to shatter . We recommend waiting for it to cool down before
rinsing it, either by leaving it on your fondussimo Evolution Mini set when it is
switched off or by removing it with oven mitts and placing it on a trivet or wooden
board .
• Always store the ceramic bowl in a safe and dry place .
• Do not use abrasive cleaning products to clean the ceramic bowl .
