Operation - SCHOLTES SOHV1940 Manuel D'utilisation

Installation must be carried out by qualified installers according to present regulations.
1. Draw and drill the wall as in Picture 2
2. Fix on the wall the screw anchors with its support (A).
3. Fix with screw anchors (C) the support of the telescopic chimney (B).
4. Put the screw anchors on the holes (D)
5. Fix the hood to the screw anchors see point 2, two people are needed for this operation.
6. Block the equipment with screws (E), to reach these fastenings (Pic. 3-H) open the
panel (Pic. 3-I).
7. Apply the pipe and/or the drain connection.
8. Fix the telescopic chimney on the vents on the upper part of the hood and fix it to
the support with screws (F).

3. OPERATION

The hood is supplied with a multispeed motor.
The hood should be run at low speed under normal conditions and at higher speeds
only when there is a heavy build-up of fumes or odors.

5. Booster
6. Air regenaration
In order to switch the motor off press once if set at the 1st speed, twice if set at
the 2nd, 3rd and booster. The booster position can be switched on for 10 minutes only
(flashing key), after the fan will automatically switch to 3rd speed.
Air renewal
Press the key , to regenerate the ambient air. The function can be activated for
a 24 hours period.
The extractor turns on at the first speed for 5 minutes, then it turns off automatically.
This timed cycle repeats every 25 minutes.
During extraction the light of the command blinks, otherwise it is fixed. This function is
easy to deactivate by pressing the desired speed.
