  • Page 6 TOOLS For assembling you will need the following tools: Safety! Always use approved safety glasses during assembly ! = Assistance Required; two or more people. FLOOR LEVELING OPTIONS There are multiple ways to level the floor frame. Our recommended leveling method is shown below.
  • Page 7 Preferred method – 100x100mm runners Leveling methods • Level under 100x100mm runners: concrete (lintel) or pavement slabs, treated wood, impregnated wood. • Locate leveling material 300mm from ends of runners and no more than 1200mm apart. • Asphalt shingles should be used between 100x100 runners, blocks or treated lumber.
  • Page 8 FLOOR PANELS Before attaching floor panels, it is important to level and square the floor frame. We recommend to paint one coat before assembly the bottom of floor panels and all exposed edges, sides and faces first. Floor installation - connect both floor panels. If necessary, additionally fasten the floor panels to the floor frame.
  • Page 9 Before driving the nails, we strongly recommend drilling the board with a drill bit the holl in size 2,5mm. Painting all exposed nail heads is recommended. Drive the nails from the center of the panel towards the ends or from one end to another end.
  • Page 10 and rain cannot easily infiltrate. At a minimum, it is mandatory to check the waterproofness of the roof every single year. PAINT First, remove all dust and mildew from the surface by washing the trim and siding. Do not use a pressure washer. Once surfaces are clean and dry, paint may be applied using a sprayer, roller or brush.
  • Page 11 RECOMMENDED PAINTING SCHEME • The white paint is recommended for all wood elements: windows, wooden door elements on both sides, frames and wooden trims. • A colored paint is recommended for painting the exterior of the wall panels, soffit and fascia trim. We do not guarantee the durability of the product if the paint used is not supplied by our company.

  • Page 17 • Borato de zinc: este aditivo de origen natural protege los paneles de hongos y plagas. El panel contiene tres veces más borato de zinc, que es inofensivo para los humanos, pero reduce a cero la reproducción de plagas. • Resinas: se aplica resina epoxi marina a los paneles para lograr una increíble resistencia a los impactos fuertes y los cambios de temperatura.

Durante el montaje utilice gafas de seguridad Necesitará ayuda de 2 o más personas MÉTODOS DE PREPARACIÓN DE LA BASE Hay varias formas de nivelar el marco del suelo. A continuación mostramos nuestro método de nivelación recomendado.
  • Page 19 La opción propuesta es utilizar rastreles de 100x100mm Opción de nivelado: •Para la nivelación utilizamos estructura de 100x100 mm: una losa de hormigón (dintel) u otro producto de hormigón fuerte, madera térmica o madera de impregnación profunda. • Los rastreles se fijan a una distancia de 300 mm de los soportes, pero a una distancia inferior de 1200 mm entre ellos.
  • Page 20 TABLEROS PARA SUELO Antes de fijar el marco del suelo, es necesario comprobar si las diagonales de la base del suelo coinciden y si la base es lisa. Si la base a la que uniremos el marco del suelo está desnivelada, es necesario nivelar la base de nuevo. Antes de montar la estructura del suelo, recomendamos pintar una mano la parte inferior de los paneles y todos sus bordes y superficies abiertas.
  • Page 21 - Antes de clavar clavos, recomendamos encarecidamente realizar un orificio de 2,5 mm en el tablero. - Se recomienda pintar todas las cabezas de clavos expuestas. - Comience a clavar los clavos desde la mitad del panel hacia los extremos o de un extremo al otro.
  • Page 22 TEJAS BITUMINOSAS Debe cubrir el techo tan pronto como la caseta esté montada. Antes de colocar las tejas bituminosas, debe aplicar masilla bituminosa sobre el canalón de chapa para que las tejas se peguen bien y el viento no las arranque. Mida la longitud del techo para estimar la longitud necesaria de tejas bituminosas.

  • Page 24 CARACTERÍSTICAS DE LA MADERA NATURAL La madera es un material natural y es muy sensible a las condiciones de aire libre. Es probable que la madera se expanda ligeramente durante el período frío y se contraiga durante el período seco. Estas variaciones dimensionales son completamente normales y predecibles y no afectan la resistencia y funcionalidad de la caseta.
  • Page 25 • Grietas La densidad de la madera varía mucho debido a los cambios de la humedad y temperatura. La madera, expuesta a calor, se contrae y pueden aparecer grietas, esto es normal y no afecta las propiedades mecánicas y la calidad de la caseta. Sin embargo, si las grietas tienen más de 8 mm de ancho, puede contactar con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente para informarse cómo reparar dichas grietas.

LP® SMARTSIDE®-PANEELSYSTEM • FESTIGKEIT, HALTBARKEIT, ÄSTHETIK Festigkeit, Haltbarkeit und Ästhetik – das sind die Merkmale der LP® SmartSide®- Paneele, die in unseren Gartenhäusern verwendet werden.
  • Page 29 • Harz – auf die Paneele wird ein maritimes Epoxidharz aufgetragen, das eine unglaubliche Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen starke Stöße Temperaturschwankungen garantiert. • Wachs – wasserfestes Wachs beschichtet jedes Stück Holz, um eine wasserfeste Barriere zu schaffen, die gegen Regen, Schnee und Feuchtigkeit beständig ist.
  • Page 30 WERKZEUGE Für die Montage des Gartenhauses werden die folgenden Werkzeuge benötigt: Sicherheit! Bei der Montage eine Schutzbrille tragen Hilfe von 2 oder mehr Personen erforderlich VORBEREITUNG DES UNTERGRUNDS Es gibt mehrere Verfahren zur Nivellierung des Bodenrahmens. Das von uns empfohlene Verfahren zur Nivellierung ist unten dargestellt. Materialien zur Nivellierung sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.
  • Page 31 Vorgeschlagene Option für Nivellierung – 100x100 mm Latten Option für Nivellierung: • Für die Nivellierung verwenden wir eine 100x100 mm große Latte: Betonplatte (Sturz) oder ein anderes massives Betonprodukt, Thermoholz oder tief imprägniertes Holz. • Die Latten sind in einem Abstand von 300 mm zu den Trägern zu befestigen, jedoch nicht mehr als 1200 mm voneinander entfernt.
  • Page 32 BODENPLATTEN Vor der Befestigung des Bodenrahmens ist zu prüfen, ob die Diagonalen des Unterbodens übereinstimmen und ob der Unterboden selbst eben ist. Wenn der Unterboden, auf dem der Bodenrahmen befestigt werden soll, uneben ist, muss der Unterboden erneut nivelliert werden. Vor der Montage des Bodenrahmens empfehlen wir, die Unterseite der Paneele sowie alle freiliegenden Schnittkanten und Oberflächen der Paneele einmal zu streichen.
  • Page 33 - Vor dem Nageln empfehlen wir dringend, ein 2,5 mm großes Loch in die Paneele zu bohren. - Wir empfehlen, alle offenen Nagelköpfe zu lackieren. - Beginnen Sie mit dem Nageln von der Mitte der Paneele zu den Enden hin oder von einem Ende zum anderen Ende.
  • Page 34 Festigkeit und Dichtheit zu erreichen. Lagern Sie die Bitumendachziegel an einem trockenen, vor Hitze und Kälte geschützten Ort. Nageln, schrauben oder kleben Sie bei der Montage dicht genug an den Kanten, damit Wind und Regen nicht so leicht eindringen können. Die Dachabdichtung muss mindestens einmal jährlich überprüft werden.
  • Page 35 EMPFOHLENES ANSTRICHSCHEMA • Weiße Lackfarbe wird für alle Holzelemente empfohlen: den Fensterrahmen, die hölzernen Türelemente auf beiden Seiten, den Türpfosten und die vertikalen Holzverkleidungen. • Für die Außenflächen von Wand- und Türverkleidungen, Untersichten und Wetterschenkeln werden farbige Lacke empfohlen. Wir übernehmen keine Garantie für die Langlebigkeit des Produkts, wenn Sie eine Lackierung verwenden, die nicht von unserem Unternehmen stammt.
  • Page 36 • Ungewöhnliche Färbung des Holzes Es kann zu Farbabweichungen zwischen einzelnen Brettern kommen, aber diese Unterschiede sind im Sonnenlicht kaum zu sehen. Dies beeinträchtigt jedoch nicht die Stabilität des Produkts. Runde Äste. Äste zeigen das Vorhandensein eines Astes am Baumstamm an. Astlöcher werden bei der Qualitätskontrolle entfernt.

MÉTHODES DE PRÉPARATION DE LA BASE Il existe plusieurs méthodes pour niveler le cadre du plancher. La méthode de nivellement que nous recommandons est indiquée ci-dessous.

  • Page 44 PANNEAUX DU PLANCHER Avant de fixer l’ossature du plancher, il faut vérifier que les diagonales de la base du plancher correspondent et que la base elle-même est plane. Si la base sur laquelle l’ossature du plancher sera fixée n’est pas plane, il faut de nouveau la niveler. Avant d'installer l’ossature du plancher, nous recommandons de peindre une fois le dessous des panneaux ainsi que tous les bords découpés et les surfaces exposées des panneaux.

  • Page 56 PANNELLI PER IL PAVIMENTO Prima di fissare la struttura del pavimento bisogna verificare se le traverse della base del pavimento sono conformi e se la stessa base è livellata. Nel caso in cui la base alla quale viene fissata la struttura del pavimento non sia livellata, bisogna ripetere i lavori di livellamento della base.

  • Page 58 fissare dapprima le piastrelle al bordo inferiore – estremo del tetto e montare in maniera tale che le piastrelle si coprano; in questa maniera vengono assicurate ermeticità e maggiore resistenza. Le piastrelle in bitume vanno conservate in luogo asciutto, al riparo dal calore e dal freddo. Quando si inseriscono le piastrelle martellandole, avvitare o applicare le piastrelle vicino ai bordi per evitare una facile entrata del vento o della pioggia.
  • Page 59 AVVERTENZA Sconsigliamo di verniciare il pavimento, tuttavia se lo si vuole fare, prima di verniciare la superficie si deve ricoprire il pavimento con il rivestimento specifico di qualità superiore. SCHEMA DELL’APPLICAZIONE CONSIGLIATA • Per tutti gli elementi in legno consigliamo di usare le vernici di colore bianco: per il telaio delle finestre, gli elementi della porta in legno di entrambi i lati, il telaio della porta e il finissaggio verticale in legno.
  • Page 60 I pannelli non saranno uguali, visto che sono prodotti dal materiale naturale. Il legno è un materiale che muta e subisce deformazioni dopo l’esposizione alle varie condizioni climatiche.
