Place Upper Bracket (B) onto Lower Bracket (A) as
shown

Line up the bolt holes on the Base Tube (C) with the
corresponding bolt holes on the two brackets. Screw
M8X20mm Bolt (D) on with Flat Washer (E) and tighten
it using Open End Wrench (N).
Insert Corner Panels (J) into the four ends of the
assembled brackets.

Assemble Side Panel (K) with Corner Panel (J) as
shown.

Place the Sand Bags (M) over the brackets.
Pull open the velcro pouch to allow sand to be filled into
the Sand Bags (M). After filling with sand only, close the
pouch and insure the velcro is sealed.
