5. Maintenance
The PROMIX400SF is designed to require as little maintenance as possible.
However, we recommend you regularly clean the mixing panel with air spray, a soft brush and soft cloths.
Do not use chemical sprays; these could damage the slide and rotating controls.
6. Troubleshooting

Nothing works
No signal from audio source
Hum from phono channel

- Check the AC connection and make sure it is live.
- Check the power connection to the rest of the system.
- Check the control setting
- Check the connection between the audio source and the mixing panel.
Verify if the turntable's ground wire is fastened securely to the ground screw on the
mixer's back panel
Make sure there are no low level inputs connected to the LINE input jacks
