The device can measure your heart rate,
and you can look at the data for the day
On this interface, you can find a lot of
information such as the number of steps, the
distance covered and the calories burned.
Enter "sport" and select the different
sport modes. Change the sport mode in
the application.
Once the watch is connected to the
application, it will automatically detect
when you fall asleep. It will then tell you
how many hours you have slept.

Once you have logged in to the
application, you can find your
latest received messages on
your watch.
