SERVICE
Periodic check and service are very
important for keeping the engine in
good condi-tion and durable.
1. Maintenance Plan
Task
Check and refill fuel tank
Drain out motor oil
Check and refill engine oil
Check for oil leakage
Check and tighten fastening parts
Replace engine oil
Clean/Replace engine oil filter
Replace air cleaner element
Check nozzle
Check fuel pipe
Adjust clearance of intake/exhaust valves
Grind intake/exhaust valves
Replace piston rings
Grind intake/exhaust valves
Replace piston rings
Check battery electrolyte
Check carbon brush
