15 Troubleshooting
Error
The appliance isn't
working.
Backlog in the filter:
The coffee grounds
overflow the filter rim.
The coffee contains
coffee grounds.
The duration of the
brewing process is
considerably too long.
Possible cause
The appliance has no
power supply.
The appliance is
defective.
The drip protection
mechanism is closed:
The pot isn't on the
hotplate or the lid is
not on the pot.

filter

small.

There are calcareous

Measure

1. Switch the
