Problem
The suction has decreased.

Possible cause
The dust bag is full.
The filters are clogged.
The button for the suction power is not set
to max or the extra suction power control
on the handle is open.
The suction power is set too high.
The button on the brush is set on the wrong
setting.
The tube or hose is clogged.
The motor filter or HEPA filter is clogged.
The dust bag is full.
There is no dust bag in place or placed
incorrectly.
Solution
Remove the full dust bag and place a new one.
Replace the motor filter for a new one or clean
the HEPA filter according to the instructions.
Set the suction power to maximum or close the
control for extra suction power on the handle
of the hose.
Decrease the suction power or open the extra
suction power control on the handle.
Make sure the brushes are retracted on carpet.
Make sure the brushes are down on a hard floor.
Disconnect the tube and the hose and empty
them.
Replace the motor filter.
Clean or replace the HEPA filter.
Remove the full dust bag and place a new one.
Place the dust bag (again) according to the
instructions and close the compartment.
