For this purpose, the scale drum must be heated slowly before mounting.

- Page 16 The scale drum must be flush with the mounting surface. Tighten the mounting screws without material bonding anti-rotation lock. The ID label T must be visible. When the scale drum has cooled down, loosen the screws, apply material bonding anti-rotation lock and fasten the screws with washers step by step in a crosswise sequence.

Refer to the Mounting Instructions for the ECM 2400 scanning head. For disassembly, fasten greased screws (class of strength: 8.8) and tighten them in sequence until the scale drum comes off the shaft. The following procedure is recommended in order to prevent damage to the mounting thread in the shaft: Turn setscrews (M5 x 6 mm) 3 into the threads of the shaft.

Per lo smontaggio le viti ingrassate (classe di resistenza 8.8) devono essere avvitate e serrate in sequenza fino a staccare il tamburo graduato dall’albero. Per non danneggiare la filettatura nell’albero, si consiglia di adottare la seguente procedura: avvitare perni filettati M5 x 6 mm 3 nei filetti dell’albero.
