4. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The ADD WATER indicator
light is on.
The ICE FULL indicator
light is on.
The ice cubes stick
together.
No ice cubes are made.

The ice container is full.
The water in the container
is too cold.

new ice cubes in the size

15°C and 32°C. Water
temperature must be
between 10°C and 20°C.
Have the appliance
checked by qualified
service personnel.
Ventilate the room
immediately and do not
touch the liquid.
Have the unit checked
by qualified service
personnel.
This is normal. If
necessary, use only the
ice cubes made from the
third cycle.
Move the appliance to a
place where there is no
direct sunlight.
