E. Garantiebestimmungen
1. Der Kompressor steht für 12 Monate ab Erwerbsdatum unter Garantieschutz.
2. Der Garantieschutz deckt den kostenlosen Ersatz von Teilen, die vom Hersteller als fehlerhaft anerkannt worden
sind, davon ausgeschlossen sind Elektro- und Verbrauchsteile.
3. Der Garantieschutz verfällt automatisch bei unsachgemäßer oder nicht zweckentsprechender Verwendung des
Kompressors sowie bei unzuläßigen Wartungs- und/oder Reparaturversuchen.

A. Installation
1. After taking the compressor out of its packaging, please check it carefully for any damages due to shipping.
2. Install the compressor on a flat surface in a suitable sized, dry room with good ventilation, where the temperature
is not likely to rise above 35°C.
3. Be sure the electrical line rating is proper to the appliance (refer to the data label), The electrical circuit needs to
be connected to ground and protected with a fuse.
4. Dispose of the packing material in compliance with the regulations in the county or state where the compressor is
installed.
B. Safty
1. Do not use the compressor for other purpose than the one it has been designed for.
2. Do not process other gas and fluid.
3. Do not operated the compressor in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or
dust.
4. Always make sure the unit is unplugged from the electrical line befor performing any service, maintenance or
cleaning.
5. Do not expose this unit to rain or moisture, nor operate in Humid surrounding
6. Do not allow children and other untrained people to use or play with the compressor.
7. To avoid risk of burning, be aware that, after intensive use, some compressor parts could be hot. Let the
compressor cool down befor touching it.
8. Do not leave the compressor unattended during its running.
C. Operating instructions
1. Connect the equipment for your application to the outgoing 1/8" male fitting at the front
of the water separator, to prevnet the connecting fitting leaking air you should always apply
teflon tape to the thread of the fitting.
2. Connect the compressor to a protected power supply line with the same voltage as specified
on the product label.
3. Adjust the outlet air pressure operating on the pressure reduce. (see picture)
4. Compressor running is controlled automatically by a pressure switch, referring to the pressure in the outlet. Avoid
using the compressor for a continuosly working time longer than 10 min. and make the compressor have a 15 min.
rest every 10 min. working cycle. Motor is equipped with a thermal protector with automatic reset.
D. Compressor maintenance
1. Clean the compressor after every use.
2. After every use, drain the water collected in the pressure reducer bowl, pressing upwards
the valve placed on the bottom side of the cup (oputlet must be pressurized)
3. Once every three months, clean the filter of the pressure reducer by blowing with
compressed air.(see picture)
