WARNING: This gooseneck lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the
risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully
inserted. Do not alter the plug.

commencing assembly or cleaning the lamp.
Cleaning: Before cleaning your lamp, turn off the switch or power source. Wipe the lamp with a soft, damp cloth.
This product carries a five (5) year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Noma Canada agrees
to replace a defective product, within the stated warranty period, when returned to the place of purchase with
proof of purchase. This product is not guaranteed against wear or breakage due to misuse and/or abuse.
