Operating Instructions
The Glue Gun uses hot glue (up to 200℃). Do not touch the glue and the nozzle while using the de-

!
them to avoid burns.
Make sure to always point the nozzle downwards. Do not hold the Glue Gun horizontally and do not
point it upwards when you are using it. Do not point the Glue Gun at yourself or other people.
!
Smoke can emit from the Glue Gun the first time you use it. This is normal and will stop after a few
moments. If a lot of smoke emits from the device, unplug the device immediately and place the Glue
!
Gun in a well-ventilated area.
Place the Glue Gun on the safety stand in between glueing different things. NEVER place the Glue
!
Gun on its side.
Using
1.
Make sure the surface is clean, dry and grease-free before you start glueing. Roughen up the surface in
case it is smooth.
2.
Unfold the safety stand. Put down the device.
3.
Place a glue stick in the opening at the back of the Glue Gun. Press the trigger a few times to make sure
the glue stick is firmly connected to the heat element.
4.
Plug the power cord into the socket and press the On / Off button to turn on the Glue Gun. The light of
the power indicator shows the Glue Gun is turned on.
5.
Let the Glue Gun preheat for 3-5 minutes.
6.
Place the nozzle on the surface you want to glue and slowly press the trigger. The molten glue will now
slowly flow from the Glue Gun. You can carefully try out how much pressure is needed.
7.
Insert a new glue stick when you notice there is very little glue coming from the gun. Do not worry about
leftover glue in the gun. It will simply cool down in the device and re-melt when you use the Glue Gun
again.
8.
Press the On / Off button once more to turn off the Glue Gun. Pull the power cord from the socket when
you have finished glueing and let the Glue Gun cool down.
