Despite initialization no unique ID is stored:
→ Memory module is defective, contact service partner.
Real time clock module:

The time and date are stored or printed incorrectly:
→ Check time and date in menu (following the scales service manual).

The time and date are reset after disconnecting from the power supply:
→ Replace the button battery on of the real time clock.

Despite new battery date and time are reset when removing the power supply:
→ Real time clock is defective, contact service partner.
