During a dry day, apply a UV resistant clear silicone sealant suitable for
external use (NOT SUPPLIED). Common areas are, but not limited to, the
Eaves and Ridge joints. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the
silicone.
Spray WD40 or apply similar lubricating oil along the edge of the door
style ( 13091) and inside the channel of the door latch (13504). Apply
some left and right movement to the latch as it is fed onto the edge.
