PRESENTATION
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Read instructions carefully and keep for future reference.
1.
Check your fitness level with your medical practitioner. This is
especially important for persons over the age of 35 or persons
with pre-existing health problems.
2.
The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this product
are properly informed as to how to use this product safely.
3.
If the appliance is misused, DOMYOS cannot be held liable for the
material damage and bodily harm which may result.
4.
This equipment is for household use only (class H). It is not
suitable for professional and/or commercial use.
5.
Wear sports shoes to protect your feet. Tie up your hair. Do not
wear loose clothing that is likely to get in your way. Take off all
jewellery.
6.
If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other
abnormal symptom, stop exercising immediately and consult a
doctor.
7.
Do not place your hands or feet near moving parts.
8.
Do not allow adjustment equipment to stick out.
9.
This bike does not have a freewheel function. The pedals continue
to turn as long as the flywheel is moving.
10. To stop gradually, slow down the cadence until the wheel
completely stops.
11. For an emergency stop, press the resistance knob.
12. At the end of your training session, lock the bike by fully turning
the resistance knob in a clockwise direction.
13. The machine must be placed on a stable, flat, horizontal surface.

This bike is designed for biking at home.
Biking is an excellent form of cardio training, for increasing cardiovascular capacity and burning calories.
In addition, this type of exercise allows you to tone your lower body muscles (gluteals, quads, hamstrings,
calves). The upper body muscles (abdominals, back, arms) are also involved in the exercise.
This bike is fitted with a strap drive system.
Your console enables you to monitor your performance during training.

RESETTING YOUR PERFORMANCE
Press the MODE / RESET button for 3 seconds.
SETTING THE DATE AND TIME
When the console is switched on for the first time:
Press the SET button to set the time.
Press the MODE / RESET button to confirm.
To change the date and time after confirmation, you need to remove and replace the console battery.
MAINTENANCE
For your safety, regularly examine your appliance.
Tighten fastenings.
Inspect the parts subject to most wear.
Immediately replace faulty parts.
Do not use the appliance until it is repaired.
SETTINGS
Please note, you need to get off the bike before adjusting the
saddle, handlebars and level.
1.
SADDLE
HEIGHT: To exercise efficiently, your knees must be slightly bent when
the pedals are at their lowest. While holding the saddle, untighten
and pull the adjustment handle. Adjust the height. Release the handle
so that the index pin enters one of the holes on the saddle post (you
should hear a click). Tighten it completely.
DEPTH: While holding the saddle, unscrew and pull the adjustment
handle under the saddle post. Adjust the position then tighten it.

HANDLEBAR
While holding the handlebars, untighten and pull the adjustment
handle. Adjust the height then tighten it.
3.
LEVELLING
If it is unstable, adjust the level compensators at the back of the bike.
4.
PEDAL STRAPS
TIGHTENING: Pull on the end of the strap.
LOOSENING: Push on the buckle to free the strap.
5.
RESISTANCE
INCREASE: Turn the adjustment knob clockwise.
DECREASE: Turn counter-clockwise.
