Remove the screws and the lower
front cover
Check all electrical connections
Lubricate the inner square tubes
the actuator rod
Reattach the front and the top cover .

Reconnect mains .
Lower the wash basin to its lowest
position, and then run it to the top
position again to distribute the
lubricant .
