ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
For ease of assembly, this process begins with an unassembled Malone Truck Rack.
With all the components unpacked and sorted we'll preassemble the cantilever support(s) to the truck racks
front upright support(s) first. Then refer back to MPG920 TradeSport instructions to continue and complete
full truck rack assembly.
1. Pair the front uprights with the cantilever supports. *Note direction of angled upright support at base of
upright.

2. Lay upright on its side and insert 3 square nuts into the opening of the t-slot. Use your finger to space
them out evenly in the center of the upright.
3. Overlay the cantilever atop the upright as shown
(flat side down). Align the mounting hole(s) with a
square nut. Insert bolt and washer and hand tighten,
leaving loose. Slide the cantilever in the needed
direction to capture the remaining 2 square nuts in
the same fashion.
