- Page 5 PARTS LIST ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION For ease of assembly, this process begins with an unassembled Malone Truck Rack. With all the components unpacked and sorted we’ll preassemble the cantilever support(s) to the truck racks front upright support(s) first. Then refer back to MPG920 TradeSport instructions to continue and complete full truck rack assembly.

- Page 7 4. With the hardware installed, slide the cantilever upwards so the top edge of the cantilever covers the window opening in the upright support. Tighten the cantilever. 5. Install the load bar hardware to the end of the cantilever support. Leave loose. Repeat these steps for the second cantilever support.
