PRESS and hold SET/SELECT to select Squaw Valley. "9 Selected" will be
shown.
PRESS MODE to switch to Altimeter Mode and select a new snowboard base
area.
Now the Delta is calibrated for the base elevation of Squaw Valley.
So when you start recording your data at the base of the bottom lift at Squaw
you're dialed.
ALTIMETER REFERENCE SETTING MODE
This mode is used to select an alternative reference setting to
the 160-snowboard base elevations above.
While in the Zone mode, press MODE to go altimeter reference
setting mode. Temperature values will be shown in the top row
and altitude values in the middle.
PRESS STOP/START to change between feet and meters, and
celsius and fahrenheit.

ALTIMETER REFERENCE SETTING, RECORDING MODE
PRESS and hold LAP/RESET for 2 seconds and the far right
number will flash.
PRESS LAP/RESET to increase the number and START/STOP to
move to the next digit.
PRESS MODE to lock in your information.
ALTIMETER RECORDING MODE
In Altimeter recording mode, you can record up to 15 different
recordings. You can set the pressure and altitude sampling
rate (for example 2 seconds means the altitude data will be
collected every 2 seconds). The default setting for altitude
sampling is 15 seconds. The battery consumption is directly
related to the sampling rate and how frequently you use the
altitude record mode. Average battery life is approximately 1-
1.5 years.
Note, you should change to any Mode other than Altimeter or Barometer mode
if you're not collecting data (battery life will be longer).

PRESS SET/ SELECT to choose your sampling rate. Select
1,2,3,5,10,15,30 seconds or 1,2,3,5,10,15,30 minutes.
PRESS START/STOP to begin recording your elevation data and
START/STOP again to stop.

Recommended sample rates:
Jumps: 1 second.
Single snowboard run: 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 2
min.
Single Day snowboarding: 3 or 5 minutes.
ALTIMETER RECORD LOADING MODE
While in Altimeter recording mode, press MODE to enter
Altimeter record loading mode. In this mode, you can recall
previous records to review the data or graph. The highest
record number is the most recent record. For example, 15 is
the last possible record.

to the record number. Next, press and hold
SET/SELECT
for 2 seconds to load the selected record. Max
altitude, Min altitude, graph scale, and Change in altitude will
be displayed.

To erase any record, press LAP/RESET to select the record
number you would like to delete, and press START/STOP to
erase the record.
PRESS and hold START/STOP to confirm delete. Press any
other button if you don't want to delete the record.
Note, once the memory is full, the memory will lock, and you must delete
all records to unlock the memory.
