9. Do not use the Air Jack auto lift at cars with a double exhaust pipe. It can damage the
exhauster.
10.Use the Air Jack auto lift only on one-pipe exhausters with diameter up to 90 mm. You can
use it also on oval pipes, when the rubber cone end of the hose can fixed to them.
Preparation to lift your car
1. Take the airjack out of the carrying bag, unfold it at first.Place one of the protective mats
directly onto the ground where the car should be lifted. Spread the deflated air jack under
the car onto the protective mat. Place the other protective mat onto the air jack to avoid any
sharp objects on the underside of the car puncturing the air jack.
Pay attention to block the non-lifted wheels, so that the car can`t move (Parking brake,
brake block etc. - pay attention of your car documentation).
2. Connect the hose adapter to the connecting piece of the air jack and fix it by turning
clockwise.
3. Put the black rubber funnel over your exhauster.
4. Start car engine and let it run. The exhauster gas will inflate the air jack and lift the car.
Attention!
Do not inflate the jack to full capacity in order to avoid explosion. The best way to do
is 80%.
5. Once the desired height is reached (wheels have no ground contact) remove the rubber
funnel from the exhauster. A valve inside the air jack will not allow the air jack to deflate.
6. To deflate the air jack after repair disconnect the hose tube from air jack by easily turning
counterclockwise and metered deflating. Do not loosening the hose tube completely before
the jack is completely deflated und the car is completely lowered to the ground. The air jack
may be prompt releasing - danger of accident!
