  • Page 2 Install Pop-Up Assembly Shut Off Water Supplies - Remove old faucet. Remove stopper (1) and flange (2). Screw nut (3) Apply silicone to underside of flange (1). Insert body Place gasket (1) on bottom of new faucet. all the way down. Push black gasket (4) down. (2) into sink.
  • Page 3 CONNECT TO WATER SUPPLIES. (HOOK-UPS NOT PROVIDED). FLUSH SYSTEM/CHECK FOR LEAKS. Determine which type of connection you will be making. Remove aerator (1) and turn faucet handles (2) all the way on. Turn on hot (1) Ball nose risers (3/8" O.D. copper tubing) with coupling nuts and cold water supplies (3) and flush water lines for one minute.
  • Page 4 Maintenance If faucet exhibits very low flow: A. Remove and clean Aerator (3) (page 5), or SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLIES B. Clean Seats and Springs (2) of any debris If faucet leaks from spout: *Install stems (1) correctly for proper handle rotation: Replace Stem Unit Assembly (1) and Seats and Springs (2)*, Note: The stops (4) must point to the center of the faucet for Repair Kit RP54801 or RP41701.
