GENERAL REMARKS:
- An awning is a sun and not a rain protection. The
awning should be closed in case of storm, snow or
heavy rainfall.
- The awning cannot be used without putting out the
support legs
OPENING
1. You operate the awning by means of the supplied
remote control (fig.13). You only need to press the
button once to complete the action:
close.
2. When using for the first time or after long periods of
not using, it may mean that you will need hold the
button for longer than normal. In this case you should
close the awning completely (or open it for a few cm
and close it again) in order to reactivate the function.
3.Unwind the awning for no more than 1 meter and
then position the support legs before continuing to
unwind (fig. 1). To stop unwinding press the
4. Slide the support legs out of the front profile (fig. 2)
and adjust them to the required height (fig. 3).
Remark : Do not position the support legs too high
incase so as to ensure that the fabric does not jam
between the support legs and the awning box.
5. Fix the tension rafters.
Roll out the fabric completely, until it sags (fig. 4).
This position is automatically reached after pressing
the
button. Turn both fixation knobs downwards to

its vertical position (fig. 5) and push the
once to have the fabric tensioned (fig. 6). The motor
will indicate 3 pulses to have optimal tension.
IMPORTANT: If you press the
times, the final stop position will temporarily be
disrupted until the awning is wound back in.
Be careful: the fabric can be rolled in the wrong way
and can cause damage.
6. Fasten the support legs
Put the support legs into the brackets on the vehicle
wall (fig. 7a) or fix them with pegs to the ground (7b).
CLOSING
1. Push the
-button once to open the awning
completely until the fabric sags (fig. 8).
2. Move both fixation knobs to its horizontal position
(fig.9).

IMPORTANT: please unlock both locking knobs before
closing the awning!
EXTRA ADJUSTMENTS.
If required the following adjustments can be made.
- Adjustment of the projection angle while winding out.
See mounting instructions.
- Locking in a intermediate position. Fig.12.
- Wind out the awning to the required position
- Mark the position of the gliding pieces.
- Wind out the awning completely.
- Drill a 3.4mm diameter hole at 30mm from the
marked line and at the same height as the screw on
the locking handle.
- Locate the blocking screw.
PRECAUTIONS
- In rainy or windy conditions:
- Lower one side of the awning in such a way that the
water can run down the fabric (fig. 11).
- Tighten the tension arms.
- Fix the support legs

- Eventually install a hold down kit (fig. 11).
- Eventually install a curved tension rafter in the
middle to avoid water bags.
- The fabric can be rolled up wet but it should not be
stored like this for long periods. When possible open
the awning and allow the fabric to dry.
PROBLEM SOLVER
- Motor stops while handling or does not move
anymore.
Solution: It is possible that the motor security is
activated. Wait a while until the motor is cooled down.
- The remote control does not function anymore.
It is possible that you need to replace the batteries.
Replace the two lithium batteries (CR2430) according
to fig. 14.
If the batteries are functioning well and the remote is
not, please see next.
- The remote control is broken or lost or
- Power interruption or faulty motor
A- the awning is partly open
You can wind the awning in manually with the hand
crank (emergency handling). Later on a new
remote control can be purchased or the fault can be
repaired.
- Remove the left end cap by releasing the cross
screw (fig. 15) and by turning the end cap (fig. 16).
- Loosen the cross head screw of the end plate
(fig.17).
- Place the allen key into the opening on top of the
awning.
- Turn the allen key clockwise to close the awning.

B- The awning is closed
The awning can not be used until the fault is
repaired or if you have a new remote control. If you
want to use the manual override, you need to
remove the left end cap by taking it off the awning.
In this case the end cap will be damaged.
C- Use a new remote control
A new remote control needs to be programmed
before using for the first time. See instructions
tubular motor and tables A13, A12 (step 1 to 4) and
A1.

MAINTENANCE
- Only clean the fabric with water or OMNI-CLEANER.
- On a regular basis you should use silicon spray on
the hinge between the arm and the front profile.
