Electronic speed control:
Š The speed of the appliance can be regulated by using
the speed selector control (B). This function is very
useful, as it makes it possible to adapt the speed of the
appliance to the type of work that needs to be done.
Once you have finished using the appliance
(BXMX500E MODEL):
Š Stop the appliance, selecting position 0 on the speed
selector control.
Š Unplug the appliance from the mains.
Š Press the button (A) to remove beater or dough hooks.
Š Clean the appliance.
Once you have finished using the appliance
(BXMXA500E MODEL):
Š Stop the appliance, selecting position 0 on the speed
selector control.
Š Unplug the appliance from the mains.
Š Press the button (F) and lift the motor body.
Š Remove the bowl (G) from the bowl stand (H).
Š Press the button (E) to remove motor body.
Š Press the button (A) to remove beater or dough hooks.
Š Clean the appliance.
Accessories:
Beater accessory (I):
Š This accessory is used to whip cream, beat eggs,
batters, fatless sponges, meringues, cheesecakes,
mousses, and soufflés.
Š Insert the beater into the orifices in the body of the motor
pressing them in until you hear a click (Fig.1A). The
beater can be placed in either of the two orifices, as they
are identical.
Š Put the food into the rotatory bowl (G) or into a large
receptacle and switch the appliance on. For best results
with BXMX500E model, turn the whisk clockwise.
Š Using speed selector control (B), from minimum speed,
increase gradually to maximum speed.
Š Remove the blending accessory pressing the eject
button (A).
Dough hook accessory (J):
Š This accessory is used for knead bread, pizza dough,
etc.
Š Insert the dough hooks into the orifices in the body of the
motor pressing them in until you hear a click (Fig.1B).
The dough hooks are not the same. Place the dough
hook with the washer in the large orifice. They cannot be

fitted inversely.

button (A).
Turbo function (C):
Š This allows you to work using pulses and helps to control
the result of the preparation.
Š Press the turbo button (C). Keep the button pressed
down to achieve the desired result.
Cleaning
Š Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to
cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
Š Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops
of washing-up liquid and then dry.
Š Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH
such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
Š Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents
to avoid damage to the inner parts of the appliance.
Š Never submerge the appliance in water or any other
liquid or place it under running water.
Š It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and
remove any food remains.
Š Beater or dough hooks should be washed using soapy
hot water.
Š The following pieces may be washed in a dishwasher
(using a soft cleaning program) or soapy hot water:

Š Then dry all parts before its assembly and storage.
Anomalies and repair
Š Take the appliance to an authorised technical support
service if product is damaged or other problems arise.
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance
yourself as this may be dangerous.
