BRAKE USAGE/ADJUSTMENT
LOCK THE BRAKE by pushing down on the handle (for loop
handle, push down on the ball located at the end of the
handle). The handle will lock into a downward position when
properly engaged.

RELEASE THE BRAKE by pulling up on the handle. BRAKE FOR
SPEED CONTROL by squeezing on the handle.
TO OPEN WALKER
Hold handles and pull in on hand brakes. Raise the walker to rest on the rear wheels.
PUSH DOWN and forward to open the
walker into the proper walking position.
IMPORTANT: Push down the seat to
ensure that the walker is in the proper
walking position.
IF THE HAND BRAKE IS TOO LOOSE loosen the
Locking Nut and turn the Tension Adjustment Screw
CLOCKWISE.
IF THE HAND BRAKE IS TOO TIGHT loosen the
Locking Nut and turn the Tension Adjustment Screw
COUNTER CLOCKWISE.
NOTE: If additional adjustment is required, repeat one full
turn at a time. Once adjusted, make sure the Locking Nut is
spun tight against the Housing. This will prevent the Tension
Adjustment Screw from loosening.
PULL UP on the "Easy Fold" seat
handle to fold walker.

locked into place and the brakes
are in the parked/locked position.

Do not drop your weight onto the
seat as this may cause damage to
the seat and its components.
