LIABILITY
The installation, maintenance and repair of this equipment should be performed only by qualified and experienced technicians.
The installation of electrical components and all their connections must follow the technical rules whitin standards.
The manufacturer of this product rejects all responsibilities in case of installed components other than the originals or indicated by ALUEUROPE..
The installer must provide all information relating to the manual, automatic and emergency operation of the installed product, such as providing the
user's manual to the end user.
The packaging should not be abandoned or left in the environment or to the scope of children. It may constitute a hazard.
INSTALLATION
'ECLIPSE' Sectional Doors can be mounted in spans with or without lintel or ram side jamb and a minimum jamb of 150mm in the openning curve
side.
Always check before installation that all components are available and in good working condition.
Before connecting to the power supply, verify if the engine, board and other components specifications match those of the electrical distribution
network.
The mounting order of the panels is inscribed on each one, and must be strictly respected during the assembly of the door.
After assembling and tuning the door, check all screws for correct thighten.
The 'ECLIPSE' Sectional Doors are prepared assuming a proper leveling of the structure where it will be installed. Absense of verification or
correction of an imperfect frame structure will lead to an incorrect or defective functioning of the door.
The excessive tightening of self-drilling screws will cause burst of the panel's outer material, unabling the correct placement and mounting of all parts,
compromising the integrity of the door.
The alignment between the top and bottom rails must always be respected. The tuning of the door's hight should be equal in all panels.
If thats not possible, the tunning should respect a linear proportion and not exceed a few millimeters difference total.
Tuning the engine should only take place after reading it's own manual, supplied with the shutter.
Do not keep the engine powered on in situations when you forsee excessive effort. Abusive usage can cause serious damage to the structure.
Lubricate all hinges, bearings, axels and all other moving parts before starting use.
SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
The automation products marketed by ALUEUROPE are supplied with a disengaging mechanism that allows operating the door manually
to enable exit in the event of an electrical failure or malfunction.
The disengaging mechanism can be activated without need for excessive force.
To ensure the system's efficiency and all functions it's essential to respect the manufacturer's instructions. Manually verify the proper balance of the
door and systems.
Periodic inspections of the installation should be performed. In case of integrated photo-electric cells, perform the test by placing an object with
40mm height on the floor and check if the door bounces up after contact.
Any repair or necessary adjustment should be preformed by qualified personnel only.
The decommissioning must be carried out taking into account the steps of the assembly instructions. Thereafter, proceed to the removal and recovery
of all material dismantled.
