8.TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems
No glue comes out
Glue stick falls out
from the tool.
There is glue leaking
out without trigger
pressed after use.
Trigger is blocked for
glue escaping toward
the rear.
Glue does not flow
evenly.

Adhesive surface only
bonds on one side.
Adhesive bond
doesn't work after
cooling.
Glued tiles in moist
locations are not

Possible Causes
Glue stick is used up.
Glue stick diameter is too
large or small.
Glue stick is not pushed
to the end.
Glue stick diameter is too

The temperature is still
high in short time after
use and will cause glue
melted.

temperature is too low.

Glue is not heated long

Insert a new glue stick.
Use recommended glue
