IMPORTANT NOTE: DRYING THE TANK
After finishing each coo-
king cycle, wait 2 minutes
and then take the stopper
off the tank, this will allow
the heater plate to dry
and therefore will prevent
dampness from accumula-
ting inside.

REMOVING LIME SCALE FROM THE TANK
Over time with use lime scale or mineral residue can build up on the heater plate

inside the tank. To remove this residue, fill the tank with a half water half vinegar
solution. Leave the solution in the tank for one hour, always with the apparatus
disconnected and cold, NEVER SWITCH IT ON.
Scrub the inside of the tank with a soft brush, never a metal one, and rinse it tho-
roughly several times with water.
It is advisable to repeat the cleaning process at least once every 10 heating cy-
cles.
EMPTYING THE TANK
To get the water out turn the apparatus upside down ALWAYS turning it to the left
to prevent any water from falling on the control panel, dry with a dry cloth.
Then perform a cooking cycle to evaporate any remaining water, wait 2 minutes
and then remove the stopper from the tank to prevent dampness from accumula-
ting inside.

mme has been selected, once
the cycle has finished the
