Vacuuming dry material.
For dry vacuuming, insert the filter car-
tridge in the vacuum cleaner.
The paper dust bag should also be used
for dry vacuuming.

Risk of injury
by switching the tool ON unintentionally.
Before cleaning, pull out the mains plug.
Empty the container after each application
(fluids, dirt, dust).
Empty the container after vacuuming flu-
ids. Afterwards, allow the vacuum cleaner
with the connected accessories (vacuum
hose, vacuum tube, nozzles, etc.) to con-
tinue running for a few minutes to dry
them.
Troubleshooting.
In the case of inadequate vacuuming performance, check the following:
Fault description
Vacuum cleaner cannot be
switched on.
Vacuuming performance is
reduced.
No vacuuming performance
for wet vacuuming.

Only use original FEIN spare parts.
Cause
The connection socket fuse
has actuated.
Vacuum cleaner is in
automatic mode.
Vacuum cleaner is not
correctly assembled.
Vacuum hose system is
clogged.
Paper dust bag is full.
Filter cartridge is clogged.
Container is full – float has
closed the vacuuming opening.

Correcting the fault
Check that there is a
current supply.
Turn the mode selector
switch (2) to (M).
Place the top of the
vacuum cleaner on and
close the latches correctly.
Clean vacuum hose and
vacuum tubes.
Insert a new paper dust bag.
Clean or renew filter
cartridge.
Empty container.
