CRATEWASH DOSING SYSTEM
 CAUTION: Within the system circuits there are high power points that may be dangerous for the
operator. Always remove the power supply before performing any maintenance tasks in the
equipment.
 With the use of a multimeter, check all the electrical connections of system. The application of
incorrect power may cause permanent damage to equipment not covered by the guarantee.

The wiring should be performed in accordance with local regulations regarding electrical
connections.
3.2 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF THE INDUCTIVE PROBE
The inductive conductivity probe of the CRATEWASH DOSING SYSTEM includes a PT100 temperature
sensor, necessary to compensate for the reading compared to the actual temperature of the fluid. The
following connection allows for the use of this temperature sensor, which it is recommended.

3.3 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF THE LEVEL PROBES (optional)
Connect the cable of the CHEMICAL 1 level probe to the 1st PUMP LEVEL 1 13-14 terminal of the circuit.
Connect the cable of the CHEMICAL 2 level probe to the 2nd PUMP LEVEL 15-16 terminal of the circuit.
