MAINTENANCE
Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant use may require more intensive
maintenance for the machine to continue to function properly.
ATTENTION: Make sure the machine is completely turned off before performing any maintenance
or repairs. This will eliminate any potential risk.
The machine is set at the factory. Do not make unnecessary adjustments, adjust only when necessary
due to normal wear.
REMOVE OR REPLACE THE BLADE ROLLER
ATTENTION: Wear safety gloves when operating the machine.
To remove the roller:
1.
Unscrew the screw (S) and remove it from the bearing cover.
2.
Lift the bearing cover (B) and remove the scarifier roller from the machine.
3.
Remove the bearing cover from the scarifier roller.
To replace the roller:
1.
Place the bearing cover on the scarifier roller.
2.
Place the scarifier roller in the housing.
3.
Tighten two screws.
