Always start from the highest possible place value
and add the lower values in descending order.
After adjusting the start address, the channels 2 – 5
are assigned to the follow ing addresses (e. g. in case
of start ad dress 13 for channel 1: address 14 for chan-
nel 2, address 15 for channel 3, address 16 for chan-
nel 4, address 17 for channel 5).
