Ending operation
1. Set the trigger to "0 (OFF)".
The device is switched off.
2. Pull out the mains plug.

Failure to observe the weight

Be aware of the weight of the device during transporta-
tion.
1. Carry the device by the carrying handle.
2. When transporting the device in vehicles, secure it
to prevent it from slipping or overturning in accord-
ance with the relevant valid guidelines.
Storage
Note
● Store the appliance in a dry room.
● Consider the weight of the appliance when storing it.
1. Store the suction hose in the container. The suction
pipes, floor nozzle, crevice nozzle and the power ca-
ble are shown in the following illustration.

2. Store the appliance in a dry room and keep it away
from unauthorized use.
Care and maintenance
Before doing any work on the appliance:
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Unplug the power cable.
General care instructions
 Clean the device and plastic accessory parts with a
commonly available plastic cleaner.
 Rinse the container and accessories with water, as
necessary, and dry them before further use.
Clean the non-woven filter bag / foam filter
1. If necessary, rub or brush off the dust / dirt or clean
the non-woven filter bag under running water.

2. If necessary, clean the foam filter under running wa-
ter.

3. Allow the non-woven filter bag / foam filter to dry
completely before reusing.

Troubleshooting guide
Malfunctions often have simple causes that you can
remedy yourself using the following overview. When in
doubt, or in the case of malfunctions not mentioned
here, please contact your authorised Customer Service.
Declining suction performance
Accessories, the suction hose or the suction pipes are
clogged.
 Remove the clog with a suitable aid.
The filter bag is full.
 Replace the filter bag.
The non-woven filter bag / foam filter is dirty.
 Clean the non-woven filter bag / foam filter (see
Chapter Clean the non-woven filter bag / foam fil-
ter.)
The non-woven filter bag / foam filter is damaged.
 Replace the non-woven filter bag / foam filter.
The warranty conditions issued by our relevant sales
company apply in all countries. We shall remedy possi-
ble malfunctions on your appliance within the warranty
period free of cost, provided that a material or manufac-
turing defect is the cause. In a warranty case, please
contact your dealer (with the purchase receipt) or the
next authorised customer service site.
