SYMBOL LEGEND
Throughout this manual various symbols
are used to detail instructions, warnings or
relevant information on use, maintenance and
assembly. Pay attention to these symbols to
avoid dangerous situations and to ensure the
correct use and assembly of all components.
The meaning of these symbols is explained
below. In this manual, the symbol may be
accompanied only by the relevant instruction
for the component it describes. Read the
following information carefully to understand
its meaning.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
DANGER: Dangerous situation which,
if not avoided, will result in serious
injury or death.
WARNING: Dangerous situation
which, if not avoided, could result in
serious injury or death.
CAUTION: Dangerous situation
which, if not avoided, may result in
minor or moderate injury.

The symbols DANGER and WARNING always
imply a risk of accident if measures are not
taken to avoid the situation they describe.
An accident while riding a bicycle can always
involve a risk of serious injury or even death.
The risk of death will not always be repeated in
this manual when these symbols appear, as the
risk is detailed here.
OQUO WHEELS
WARRANTY
LEGAL WARRANTY is the policy that, in
accordance with current legislation, we offer
during the period defined in the country as the
legal warranty period.
COVERAGE
OQUO guarantees all the products it
manufactures and/or distributes, during the
legal warranty period from their purchase, for
any defect of conformity of the same. In the
event of a defect of conformity, the purchaser
shall be entitled to repair or replacement of the
defective product, free of charge.
CONDITIONS
In case of exercise of this warranty, the user
must provide OQUO or the distributor with a
copy of the purchase document (sales invoice).
The user shall maintain the purchased product
in good working order in accordance with the
instructions and recommendations provided
in the instruction booklet and/or manuals
published on the OQUO website, and OQUO
may reject warranty claims that are directly due
to a defect in the maintenance of the product
by the user.
The warranty does not apply in any case
to breakage or defects resulting from
negligent use of the product, the installation
of accessories other than those supplied or
installed by the factory, or improper handling
and maintenance operations by the user, or by
any third party on behalf of the user.

This warranty does not cover in any case the
usual wear and tear of the perishable elements
of the product. These elements, subject to wear
and tear, are the following, this list being merely
enunciative and not limitative in any case.

· Bearings
· Seals
· Threads
· Dust seals
· Freehub body
· Ratchets
· Screws
· Rubber parts
· Spokes
· Spoke nipples
Due to the inherent danger of using a bicycle,
whether on the road or in the mountains,
and the physical risks involved in its use, this
warranty covers only the replacement of
non-compliant components, and does not in
any case cover personal injury that may result
directly or indirectly from the failure of such
components during use. In the event of
a traffic accident, regardless of the direct
cause of the accident, OQUO's warranty is
completely void.
