7. To reassemble the kit, reverse the steps and apply
the torque listed in Table 1 - Specifications of the
tightening torque.
4.8. Plastic Structure Replacement
WARNING
Adjustment should be made by a dealer or a
competent mechanic.
The following steps refer to one plastic structure.
However, all plastic structures follow the same procedure
for installation and removal.
1. Raise the ATV off the ground.
WARNING
When the ATV is raised, make sure that it is properly
secured/supported to prevent it from accidentally
falling during the installation of the tracks. If not
properly secured/supported, serious physical injury
could occur.
2. Remove the track following the procedure described
in section 4.1. - Track replacement.
3. Remove the plastic structure assembly from the main
axle following the procedure described in section
4.2. - Sprocket and main axle replacement.
4. Remove the aluminum link from plastic structure
following the procedure described in section 4.7. -
Aluminum link replacement.
5. Remove wheels from plastic structure following the
procedure described in section 4.4. - Wheels
replacement.
6. Remove hifax from plastic structure following the
procedure described in section 4.3. - Hifax
replacement.
7. Remove adjustment slider from plastic structure
following the procedure described in section 4.5. -
Adjustment slider replacement.
8. Replace plastic structure. To reassemble the kit,
reverse the steps and apply the torque listed in Table
1 - Specifications of the tightening torque.

ATTENTION :
1. Apply Loctite 242 adhesive on threads where
needed in different sections and use necessary
care not to damage any parts while removing
them.
2. If washers on anti-rotation retaining bolts are
deformed, replace them.
4.9. Anti-Rotation Replacement
The following steps refer to one anti-rotation assembly.
However, all anti-rotation assembly follow the same
procedure for installation and removal.
4.9.1. Front Anti-Rotation Replacement
1. Unscrew and remove the
flat washers, and spacer fixing anti-rotation to the
plastic structure.
2. Unscrew and remove the
joint spacers retaining the anti-rotation ball joint on
the sub-table.
3. At this stage, you may replace anti-rotation ball
joint.
4. To reassemble the kit, reverse the steps and apply
the torque listed in Table 1 - Specifications of the
tightening torque.
5. To adjust the front anti-rotation, refer to section 3.1.
- Adjustments / Front anti-rotation.
4.9.2. Rear Anti-Rotation Replacement
1. Unscrew and remove the
threaded section of anti-rotation tube.
2. Unscrew and remove the
nut, flat washers, and spacer fixing anti-

rotation on plastic structure.
3. Replace damaged parts.
4. To know parts location on the kit and how to
reassemble it, refer to section 2.2. - Rear tracks
installation.
5. To reassemble the kit, reverse the steps and apply
torque listed in Table 1 - Specifications of the
tightening torque.
6. To adjust the rear anti-rotation, refer to section 3.2.
